Gets rid of toxins in your body thereby reducing cancer risks, lowers blood pressure to name a few. I do mine for 16 hours a day religiously. Even on non workout days. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day? Not necessarily. You still have plenty of energy from your meal the night before. My workouts never suffer from low energy doing IF.

TerryDizzle 11 7 yearsTerryDizzle (357): @mike all of my lifts really..ive been lifting heavy and adding a "over max rep" that allows me to increase my wieght i can lift by using the negative to help my body get used to the wieght. i dont really do anything atypical in the gym..except what i call "shock and awe" i change my sets reps weight and speed from week to week ..for that shock to the muscle... thanks you all ..i will for sure be cutting in a few months or...
