There are a number of advantages listed on his website to keeping to a set time for feeding, but I cant see that it would make a big impact if it's just one day a week!

Leucine is crucial for protien sysnthesis and it is documented that consuming BCAA's (specifically Leucine) can help the anabolic process of each meal to follow, plus helps protein synthesis from becoming refractory. So, whether training or not, protein synthesis increases, and the anabolic process increases from each meal.. so why not take it is the real question.
