Max lifts when you were 16-17 year old.19281

Im currently 16 and my 1RPM on each of the three lifts are:
Bench- 105kg
Squat- 150kg
Deadlift- 190kg

Opinions, im not too sure if they are any good

“Good” is a relative term. How much do you weigh? How fast can you run a 40 yd dash? A mile? What’s your vertical jump? -3X

I weigh at the moment around 176 lbs or 80kg, i'm athletic, no idea about vertical jump, but probably average for a athletic youngster, i guess.

Those lifts are above average for your weight. At your age though, you shouldn’t be specializing in only three movement patterns though. That was my point in asking about those other things. I advise someone at 16 years old to improve all aspects of strength, power, and muscular endurance, not just a few. -3X
