I've been training HITT for a while now. 4+ times a week for about 30min. Mostly cardio. I'm beginning to get to comfortable with the routine i've set.
I'm looking for products/supplements/equipment/routines/programs to take my training to the next level.

U realise it primarily I tool for weight loss.

I incorporate HIIT into my usual routine as a cardio component. However, I'm curious about doing more strength/weight HIIT.

U shouldn’t be doing weights or strength work as I call it in a high intensity capacity as it will result in injury.
That’s why CrossFit has a 25% increase in pec tears..
