Simple advise for a beginner?19222

Hello everyone, i am new here.
Not sure if i should post, because i think some will make fun of me, but here i go.
I am 1,73cm,88kgs at my late 20's(my profile name tells the rest).
Never did lift any serious weights.
Don't really have a goal of a "perfect" body as some of you have.
I just want to change 3 specific things on my body (at least for now) and would appreciate some advice.

1-make my (bloated-fat)belly flat
2-bulk up (and strengthen)my (skinny)arms
3-widen my back

I thought of joining a gym and would like to know what would be the simplest program with the fewest exercises possible, that will not create injuries because of imbalances(something that i learned it can happen in this forum) and will make me achieve those goals.

Thanks in advance, for your time and knowledge.

Ok for starters did you read the FAQ thread? It will direct you in terms of nutrition and workout selection. Start there. -3X

Do you mean "Routine Design for Dummies 1.0" or "Simply Shredded FAQ - Read before posting!"?

Which one did I say? FAQ. The one that says to read before you pos and ask questions, because most of your answers are in there. Did you read it? -3X

Yes i did.
But since the workouts are for the whole body, could i drop some of the exercises and keep those that will target my needs or should i follow them as they are?

You should keep them as they are. You were worried about imbalances, but you’re going to be creating them if you don’t work your whole body. -3X

No problem. We all start somewhere. I was legit 93 pounds the first time I walked into a gym to work out. -3X
