Clearly you put on some muscle, but from age 16-18 with natural testosterone cranking, I think you could have done much better.

Were you tracking calories?

@mikew 5,11 and this was about 5 months ago when I was at 155lbs, started at 130

@wannabemuscular thanks and yeah I agree,I'm probably bigger now though considering that was my most recent pic from approx 5 months ago. Want to keep the bulk lean and walking around at about 160 at the moment

@wannabemuscular there was also probably a sixth month period where I was as disciplined with tracking food in terms of getting enough in like I was when I began training and only recently started tracking calories and macros religiously last few months so that may be a factor I assume

@wannabemuscular only like a 250 calorie surplus, but like I said want to keep the bulk lean without putting on any excess fat
