For those that use instagram, who do you recommend following and why?

To kick this off I recently started following

smith.julian - Dude is natural and has his own take on exercises (some good, some not so)

nathanpt - Current world champion natural bber, freaky phsique and his story is usually populated with training his clients (which reminds me of exercises that i had dropped etc)

ryanjterry - IFBB Physique top 10 and as crazy as it sounds the standard im chasing with my own training (as a natural i wont be able to mimic the shape in some bodyparts but damn i dont mind a challenge )

321strengthsystems - When I want to set a new reference point, one of the strongest natural lifters I know!

So who do you and why?

I don't follow individual fitness people. Mostly general pages on the topic of lifting and related matters. Beyond that I follow mostly ass, tattoo, and food pages.

Come on, there's an occasional lift in there too!
And your feed is not too different. Food, hooka, and lots of lifting. You just look way better and blow me away pound for pound.

Lifting twice a week, following a modified 531 routine. Hit a 515 squat the other day.

Still putting up good numbers, just working 50-60 hours a week and then working on my 500 acre ranch on days off.

Priorities have changed, but still love the iron. I miss lifting 5 days a week.

@Norlda, Yup, those adult priorities always in the mix. Things get easier again in the late thirties.
