Lol this for real?

Might want to update your training arsenal from 1992 to 2017. Shoulders definitely do not need that much direct work, much less an entire day. Front raises are pointless as the front deltoid gets hammered on any pressing movement. Upright rows are gonna cause more problems than they are worth. Only thing I would keep out of the exercises posted is Lateral raises. I would replace face pulls with a rear delt fly or band pull apart.

Not exactly true...Front raises isolate the front deltoid really well.

Agree on all points- especially upright rows. Those are horrible! -3X

Well, no offense, but if you want to promote your channel you should use someone who's body makes it look like the workouts actually work.
