Just hit your calories/macros every day. They're based on average daily expenditure. You don't need to worry about whether you trained one day or not.

I tend to eat less on non training days when cutting. But I keep it all the same otherwise.

EDIT: just looked through your other threads. Definitely follow the others posters' advice on this one.

just eat the same. easier and simpler.

maybe if ur struggling to drop weight, <10% and on low macros, u can think about cycling shit about.

Up to personal preference. I personally reduce my carbs and increase my fats so there isn't really a drop in overall energy intake.
