So basically I've been bulking and eating the following macros ruffly for about 3 weeks - 170P C 380-401 Fats 101
but my weight not going up I'm eating 3500 calories. Feel like I gained some size.

However, sometimes when I sleep in so let's say 11am I get up sometimes I'll have lost a pound overnighr why this

I just recalculated my Macros from reading the FAQ - Do these sound ok?
My bf 12-13
Height 6ft 1
Exercising 3-5 week
BMR 1923

TDEE 3000

200-500 surplus

171 x.8 = 136 minimum maximum 170 PROTEIN 136-170

3500/2 1750/4 = 437 G Carbs

Fats 3500-2430 = 1070/9 = 118

Protein 136-170G
Carb 437G
fats 118G

How would I alter after let's say after couple of months past to a cut, by how much do I change the abv

Thanks for any help

Your body fluctuates weight more than you think. Wake up empty your system that's your "True weight" gonna weigh diff at the end of the day of course.

Also with bulking if your putting on a lot of fat visually there's no point in putting more calories on you should keep em there work some muscle in.

@ErickFromOmaha

So should I stick with the new macros then? Any tips for getting more muscle and how much do I change to start a cut?

Thanks

If you don't have much muscle right now and your on a surplus I wouldn't add anymore to your calories I would grow into your body if that makes sense. Keep hitting it hard build up muscle. Once you have a good amount of muscle going on start doing a slow cut yo reveal what you've been working on

I don't really think you need to up your intake as you're already in a surplus. It has only been a few weeks, so you aren't going to see a drastic change in fat/muscle gains in such a short amount of time. If anything, I would be looking at adjusting your current training program. Ensure you are lifting with enough intensity and recovery.
