Ok so it wasn't completely shit yesterday, still did 9.5 paused reps at 330 but really wanted 10. Anyway, on to the next workout plan.

Sum: was planning to do heavy 3's paused on my new bench but I haven't got a cushion for it yet, it's just a wooden board so after benching heavy on it yesterday I was all bruised and it became quite excrutiating around 300 lbs.

IDK man diet is not my strong suit.

So I did qualify for nationals, would've been pretty odd if I didnt since it was 165 kg. Sadly I failed my third attempt on 185 kg and now im sick as all hell lol. Atleast I got a solid 9 months of training before nationals, although of course there is no guarantee I increase at all during that time period. I wish I could get a good coach.

I am but I often hear coaching oneself is not as good as being coached. I'd atleast like to try being coached by someone good at programming! Most people just copy paste sheiko or whatever.

Not really, no. I live in a part of Sweden where everything is far away lol

Finally healthy enough to work out lol. After spending almost a week in bed with a diet consisting of coke and candy I expected to be about as strong as an infant but it wasn't too bad. Felt like I hadn't benched in a year but strength seems alright.

Sum: been outa shape for a while now but it's starting to shape up. Almost had 10 on 141 which would've been a small PR.

trained yesterday, did 6 reps on 145 kg dead bench. PR, although a poor one as I've done 5 reps on 156.

Today I did some OHP bth, up to 11 reps on 61 kg, then some stretch

Dunno actually, maybe somewhere between 270-350 lbs, I do it strict

That's a lot. Are they not marked? The one at my gym I think is up to 280. I find it hard to believe you're doing 12 strict reps with over 270lb. No offense intended.

Well they are but IDK if there's any whatever u call it that makes it lighter. I did 1 rep when I started so IDK, might be possible
