What's everyone's 1 rep max on OHP eingold 26 4 yearsjja0016 (829): If you can lift 110 lb dumbbells for 14 reps you can easily hit 225 OHP for a 1 rm I would assume. Probably a lot more. I don't know about you but I can lift more with bar than I can with dumbbells. So, if you're hitting 110s for 14, then theoretically I would assume you could do the same at least or more with bar. @the1
